Copyright. All title and copyrights in and to the Training Materials (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets," incorporated into the Training Materials), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Training Materials, are owned by Licensor (HRH BEAUTY INC.) or its suppliers. The Training Materials is protected by Canadian copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, Licensee (a Licensee is defined as any user, student or anyone whom permission has been granted access for whatsoever reason to the Training Materials) must treat the Training Materials like any other copyrighted material that is strictly enforced by law. Licensee may not copy any guides, manuals, video, audio, applets or any printed materials describing or explaining the Training Materials or that form any part of the Training Materials. All that is granted to Licensee is a right to use the Training Materials as set forth and agreed upon in writing prior to access of the Training Materials.
